1. Brief and quote
You tell us what you run, how people sign up and pay today, which tools you use and the date that matters most. We reply with questions or a written quote listing the pages, the forms and a target launch date. Nothing starts until you accept it.
2. Schedule map
We turn your current schedule into a single list of sessions and draw it as a board like the concepts on the samples page. This is where we sort out programs, age groups, locations and which sessions need sign-up. It often turns up clashes and gaps that are worth fixing before the site goes live.
3. Page plan
We map every page, including the team or program template, and sketch the main layouts for desktop and phone. You can move things around freely at this stage.
4. Design
We design the home page and one inner page, usually the schedule or a team page, with your colors, logo and photos. You mark up what you'd change, and we revise before building the rest.
5. Build and sign-up tests
We build the site on a private preview address, load the schedule and set up the editor accounts. Then we test every form on a phone: a full registration, a sibling entry, a full group and a waitlist. You get the preview link to try it with a few board members or staff.
6. Launch and handover
We connect your domain, set up redirects from any old pages, check that every form reaches the right inbox or list, and hand over the logins with a short editing guide for staff or volunteer coaches.
Working back from your date
Clubs and camps have hard dates: tryouts, the season start or the day registration opens. We plan the project backward from that date. If time is tight, we launch the schedule and the sign-up form first and add the team pages and club info after. The thing that slows most projects is content, so gathering the schedule, policies and photos early helps more than anything else.
